Routinely cleaning your trash chute, compactor, and other waste receptacles can create a pleasant guest experience in your residential, educational or commercial building.
Most of the time your trash areas are out of sight and out of mind. That is, unless the chute or compactor starts emitting a foul odor or invites vermin and bugs to camp out inside. Then, everyone knows exactly where the trash is located. Cleaning trash chutes and compactors may not make your priority list.
However, when they’re dirty, the odors, bacteria and mold can permeate landings, hallways and even rooms inside your building. Guests may experience cold and allergy symptoms, watery eyes, headaches and other problems caused by the dirty trash chute and compactor pollutants. Over time, flammable sludge cake builds up inside your equipment and it becomes extremely dirty.
Cleaning chutes, compactors, and bins is a necessary
step in your building’s preventative maintenance. That’s why you need a fully
trained professional trash chute & compactor cleaning company. Our unique
approach includes a multi-prong process that addresses dirt, grime, bacteria,
mold and odor.

What they say
We use envirostat's products to enhance the cleaning of our clients trash chutes and compactors. We have seen many systems for odor & insect control fail miserably. Many are dangerous for humans to be around and are not Eco-friendly. EMIST and eliminodor yield a high impact, yet green compliment to our companies service offering.
